DirectTV installation - direct tv


We called Direct TV to switch from Cox because of increased Cox costs and lack of action with an internet outage problem. Direct TV promised to install between 8 a.m. and noon on a Saturday, Dec. 3. We got a call from the installer, Multiband, before 8 a.m., saying that the installer, Tyrone S., was on his way and would arrive between 8:14 and 8:40%u2026then nothing.
Finally got through to Direct TV and was told the appointment was for the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 7. Called Multiband, then sent us back to Direct TV. We had already cancelled with Cox, which left us without TV from Saturday to Wed., with no recourse.
